  • Check the status of existing requests

  • Snap a photo and submit it with a request to improve accuracy

  • Receive email notification on service concern progress

  • Provide feedback upon completion of your concern

How to report a service concern

To report a service concern, get started here or click the pencil icon on the left to begin.

 

Simply fill out the form for the requested service and you will

receive email notifications on the progress as our City team addresses your concern.

Non-emergency service requests for street light maintenance, trail repair, drainage issues, and many other services are listed in a category menu.

If you can't find your category give us a call and we will help you with your service request.
